Our head chef began his career in 2009 at a renowned Lahore café, then spent years in the UAE refining his craft at internationally recognized hospitality brands — including IHG Hotels & Resorts, Accor, and Byblos Hospitality.
After years mastering high-end hotel kitchens, international food standards and exceptional guest service, he returned home with one mission: bring that same quality, flavor and professionalism to the people of Lahore. Bun & Burns was born from that vision.
